Tasting notes
- Eye
- Deep red with violet glints.
- Nose
- Ripe red and black fruit, lifted by sweet spices.
- Palate
- A fleshy, ample palate, firm tannins, peppery and liquorice flavours extended by a note of candied fruit.
Winemaking
Hand harvesting, manual sorting, traditional vinification, twelve to fifteen months' ageing in oak barrels, bottled at the château.
