Côte de Beaune
Our terroirs
From Chorey-lès-Beaune to Pommard, a few chosen parcels on the finest climats of the Côte de Beaune.
In Burgundy, everything is a matter of place. A single grape, Pinot Noir, tells a different story in every parcel: this is the miracle of the climats. Our vines are spread across a few exceptional terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, each farmed according to its character.

Chorey-lès-Beaune
The cradle of the estate. Around Château des Moutots, these old Pinot Noir vines yield a fleshy, generous wine, faithful to the soul of the village.

Pinot Noir
Old vines, great aromas
Our entire vineyard is planted with Pinot Noir, apart from one parcel of Aligoté. Most of our vines are old vines: their naturally low yields and deep roots produce concentrated grapes with the exceptional aromas prized by connoisseurs.
Each climat leaves its signature: finesse at Chorey, distinction at Beaune, power at Pommard. Our role is to reveal it, never to betray it.

The climat
“A climat is a parcel of vines, a name, a story — and a taste found nowhere else.”
